EnerBIM: BIM for BIPV with BIMsolar®

2009

HPC-SA, our preceding start-up, invents ArchiWIZARD, the first french bioclimatic software to merge architecture, thermal studies and 3D design.

2015

We are proud to found EnerBIM, the SME that pushes BIM and BEM to support solar architecture, positive energy buildings, bankable renovation.

2016

Thanks to the EIT InnoEnergy support with the BIPV-Insight project, BIMsolar is launched on the market as the first BIPV software, in its free version.

2018

CN-BIM, the very first Digital Building Logbook, is published. Turns any BIM model into a web-based BIM database to support O&M, audits and renovation studies.

European H2020 BIM4REN & BIPVBOOST projects launched: EnerBIM pushes BIMsolar® collaborative R&D + innovation for 4 more years!

2022

BIM4REN completed: the first prototype of a BIMsolar® PVT version is produced, addressing first the BATISOL facades solutions (NOBATEK-INEF4). Solar energy on architectural facades can become a virtual reality!

Today

2023 is an exciting period: BIPVBOOST is being completed (by June) and BIMsolar® will be launched on the market with its next V1.3.1 version. BIM, optimisation, building loads and forecasted bankability for BIPB and BAPV projects!

BIMWIQ sketch is launched on the french market: the unique 100% BIM on the web CAD tool!
