Hello, I am emailing to ask if anyone has any experience using solidworks to create basic building geometries for importing into BIMSolar. I have been having difficulty doing this. All I need is a very basic geometric outline of buildings for my model (everything will be composed of rectangular and triangular prisms). I don’t have much experience with other 3D modeling softwares, but if Solidworks won’t work does anyone have suggestions for a software I should use instead (the software needs to have a free student version). Thank you!
